The Bible on Running

If you recall my recent post 'Chariots Of Fire', well, I was reading through Psalm 119 whilst on holiday in Georgia and a number of verses really leapt out at me. I think they well capture the spirit of something I was trying to communicate in that post,

"Direct me in the path of your commands, for there I find delight."

"I run in the path of your commands, for you have set my heart free."

Unity of purpose, devotion and being. Freedom.
